That absolutely makes no difference. I had a tier 1 target who only used Pfizer's product because his brother was a DM there (in another part of the state).

Not always. I had a rep who worked for me whose wife was a physician in his territory. The physician bent over backwards not to write our products because she did not want to be perceived as helping her husband. Only happens to me! The rep could not call on her anyway.
