Not only that - he has curried favours for his imported wife from Thailand. She has no degree or any experience in quality but  he helped her get a job at Shire.

She has kept the job only because GG is close buddies with head of site quality. She apparently has been written up a few times for not showing at work or completing her deliverables and her team mates complete her work.

Someone should make his bosses read this forum. This man shouldn’t be leading such an important team - let alone be working at Shire!
