Yes, they will (sort of, half-heartedly) listen to you, and then they will do absolutley nothing. My 2 year old will LISTEN to you, but do I expect much from him? NO. Same thing. And just to help you keep score, yes- I brought several things to the table, and so did several of my co-workers. CF will actually listen somewhat, but with LB, forget it. But either way, nothing gets done. I love the post earlier about LB not staying in the regional meetings because he brought his wife down from PA, and they went off and did things together. He is well known for this kind of thing, and has done the same thing at trade shows. This is fact, and it has happened b/c LB and CF have no one to answer to, but that will soon be changing, so I hope you boys got your rocks off while you could... Lextron is coming...
