What would make someone take a job at corporate. Who in their right mind would move their kids there. This is why corporate lacks so much talent. This is why things are so strange here. Very strange corporate culture.
 






Wrong! There are many beautiful/upscale suburbs just minutes from Astellas off I-94. Included are Highland Park, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenco, just to name a few. I wouldn't hesitate to raise a family in any of these places. The home and neighborhoods are gorgeous and safe.

A responsible company would have addressed the decline of the corporate homeland at a National Sales Meeting

Their is no future for many Astellas families and many careers have ceased growing due to the domestic terror in Chicago.

No family in their right mind will endanger their children and loved ones.

So think about the type of people that are actually being recruited to work at home office.

Soon the people from Chicago will be dealing with the National Guard, maybe even curfews and some borders.

Astellas with all the words of transparency and circle of trust has missed a huge opportunity to address the very core problem of where we come from. This has been a decade in the making.

Are you black? Do you live in the Austin (west side) or Englewood (south side) police districts? If you answered "no" to either question you are probably pretty safe. And Astellas Headquarters is located in a very safe, very expensive suburb far from the aforementioned neighborhoods.

Neither. I live in Gresham. Where do you recommend as a suitable upgraded neighborhood in the suburbs, preferably close to Astallas?
