AZ makes me sick to my stomach. HR IS NOT YOUR FRIEND! I love how these Pharma companies have all these policies about gender, sex, racial discrimination, yet when you complain to HR about your disgusting manager who constantly makes discriminatory and rude comments about you, they retaliate and "seperate you from the company." isn't that a big NO NO. Seperated on the false basis of poor performance when you are on a team with males who sell the same product and worked harder trying not to work then actually be in the field. Funny how these men, brown, tan, white, homosexual, reps, managers, and regional managers all got to keep their job and get promoted, and the white woman with a family got the boot. Shame to the woman at HR who took over the case. I loved my job and I was damn good at it but because I was a female and a mom I got let go.

Sorry to hear this. Now that Affirmative Action is about to be banned, us w hite woman won’t be the biggest beneficiary of it anymore.
