Even with approval, the company was destined to fail. Hired a psycho as NSD in Chicago. Worked with her at Glaxo. She had at least 4 law suits against her at Genentech. You could not rely on the company decision making after that hire.
 






The could only hire people that were desperate to even have a job, young and inexperienced or people that want to get into oncology. The sold them a bill of goods that they would be approved, if you know oncology, this is not a ruling that should shock anyone.
