The Xeljanz divison would have gone down by LOE as one of the best ever at Pfizer if a few good decisions would have been make 2yrs ago.
- 2018 do Not expand by doubling reps.
- no expansion would have preventing an inflitration of Primary Care simple minded RDs, DMs, Reps
- Hire a Global Pres from US who knows the business rather than a UK guy with 18 jobs on 25yrs.
- Hire qualified experience NA Pres who is not a token tag along of Global Pres that really knows & understands the business
- Hired Chris or Ben instead of a VP who has never been in sales in his life outside of Boy Scout candy bars-if even that.
- Has a dam RINVOQ plan at launch in 2019 & not ignoring the rep field intel for a year blowing us off cuz it did not match w your "marketing & analytic data"--- idiot deluxe on that poor non decision! (Still doesnt have a Rinvoq plan at 15% share a yr later???)
Sounds like you were cut from the Enbrel team & not selected to launch Xeljanz. I have been on BOTH (and was offered by Amgen on the transition)sorry fool, if you think the collection of characters we bundled together at the creation of the Xeljanz experiment was the best ever, you are likely one of the reasons we suck so bad.
go back in time to when the division was created. we ran off some of our very best Enbrel reps. they now sell for Amgen, Abbvie, Novartis, Regeneron, etc. We refused to hire the best DBMs because they were paid too much already or had minds of their own (Jay wasn't allowing any dissent).
