HQ can manipulate data any way & dont trust Lotz.
Something so simple to solve like Abbvie Genentech BMS Regenerin Amgen ALL are paying 100% target first 6 months. Award rankings will be 2nd 6months if year.
Only Pfizer can make something so simple to solve complicated & different than competitors which breads coverup, manipulation, and maybe even favoritism
This division will have 265 reps looking, forget the prev mentioned 159 reps looking to leave

You need to forget Rinvoq's 15% share & start focusing on that unapproved Gilead JAK that will do only a 1% share by 2030.

Couple yrs ago nobody in the Division would have imagined the demise & crash & toxic culture that we have now.... literally 2yrs can destroy what took 6 yrs to build a multi-billion $ brand just by Poor HQ Leaders & Poor Decisions & Poor Culture.
(That happens when you Double Sales Force w IM reps & DMs when you did not need to & new Global Pres, NA Pres & VP are clueless about our business or simply not qualified to be a leaders)
 




The Xeljanz divison would have gone down by LOE as one of the best ever at Pfizer if a few good decisions would have been make 2yrs ago.
- 2018 do Not expand by doubling reps.
- no expansion would have preventing an inflitration of Primary Care simple minded RDs, DMs, Reps
- Hire a Global Pres from US who knows the business rather than a UK guy with 18 jobs on 25yrs.
- Hire qualified experience NA Pres who is not a token tag along of Global Pres that really knows & understands the business
- Hired Chris or Ben instead of a VP who has never been in sales in his life outside of Boy Scout candy bars-if even that.
- Has a dam RINVOQ plan at launch in 2019 & not ignoring the rep field intel for a year blowing us off cuz it did not match w your "marketing & analytic data"--- idiot deluxe on that poor non decision! (Still doesnt have a Rinvoq plan at 15% share a yr later???)

Sounds like you were cut from the Enbrel team & not selected to launch Xeljanz. I have been on BOTH (and was offered by Amgen on the transition)
Enbrel reps - some good ones had the OPTION to go w Amgen or stay w Pfizer so that is how some good Enbrel reps left -- the others were NOT good reps but cruise control reps & not retained. ONLY 1 ENBREL DBM did not come over to Xeljanz so you are the FOOL!
And it was those Enbrel DMs minus the one not retained that FORCED RANKED CALIBRATED w a thumbs up or down to bring over the Enbrel reps they wanted.
Fool your post is so flawed w no facts.

And the earlier post did not say Xeljanz was the best talent ever, just that it generated 1 Billion 2nd fastest than any brand in Pfizer history in a Step Edit market with no payer coverage until 2019. So YES the XELJANZ division started a blockbuster division before it started collapsing a few yrs ago

Is Pfizer paying your salary during a time when you’re working 10 minutes a day? I’d say that’s generous. Why then should Pfizer give you a bonus? Bonuses are for performance above and beyond your peers. Can you really say you’re going above and beyond OR are you an entitled POS?

Because the competition is paying bonus.
It is not what is warranted but what is going on in the market with competitors.
Pay up or shut up...... blessed but need keep up w the competition or loose us.
