Man, I have never seen a company culture go bad this fast? The Wound part is where I am, wow everyone is so negative and working about half the time. 4 people in my territory are looking and aren't afraid to tell you. Is it like this everywhere? Ft Worth? I am underwhelmed with leadership - it seems like it became about numbers, not people overnight.
 








We used to have great R and D, it set us apart. We've gone to the Pharma platform and took the focus off of patient outcomes to max profits. We were innovative, creative, and had amazing people working as a team succsessfully. Been at SN over 15 years and I miss the days where I was actually proud to work here. The culture is the opposite of where I saw it running at its best.
 
















New products and old people would be so much better than old products and new people.

Well, help is on the way. Renasys is coming back to the market. We will need at least 50 of you to slide into Device, to sell this compact, state of the art product in Acute, as well as DME. Base of 95k and 10 percent of dollar one. BA leading us to the Promise Land to get those revenues streaming. CMS to be streamlined for this lucky group. If you have sold 80k of Pico YTD, then you automatically recieve this gift in your sales bag.
 
















Exactly. The relaunch is a joke. Hospitals want nothing to do with a product that costs more and provides less then what is out there, especially after being burned by SN with the same exact product. I wouldn't want this in my bag, like walking around with a black eye.

Funny that you ask that on CP..how many boards are filled with people praising their company, products, bosses, etc? People come here to bitch about silly things. Hell, I would bet over 3/4 of comments on specific boards aren't from current employees.
I frequent CP for a good laugh. Most comments on this thread are so far off base, it's obvious the posters dont work for SNN...

And it's well known that management and marketing frequent CP and post all the time. Pretty easy to see the IP address of alot of posts originate from Andover. One can only assume that it's from HQ, without even digging deeper.

I know, funny that the awesome IT can't do shit about it. My 15 year old nephew showed me how to do it. Using IP addresses to locate is about as old as oxinium, you idiots don't even change them. CP is about as secure as a lemonade stand, especially because nobody logs in!
