Ok, we all know that Mallinckrodt isn't an invigorating place too work, and most people are interviewing, but do they actually think we are that stupid to answer this survey honestly? I answer honestly every year and in detail. When the results come back at the national meetings they tell me I am supposed to be more accountable, transparent, collaborative and honest! I didnt realize i was answering an assessment of myself.
This year i got smart and said everything was great and didnt write anything in. This time the results should comeback that i need to be accountable, transparent, collaborative and honest

I just wish we could a add a few more layers of management to show how we are developing as an organization.The more layers must mean we have made the biglee

No one cares one way or the other. The good is kept and the bad buried. Everything is wonderful here at M. Great company, great management, great products and great....and happy reps.

It doesn't matter! Nothing will change they hate US!! Hugh hated us the first day he came...I do believe the first words out of their mouth were..if you don't like it here leave! They offered us to leave and pay our options. Mallinckrodt successfully dropped our stock like 60 points in 3 weeks..

Wow I thought sales in ARD were terrible last quarter! Very few reps achieved goal. What a shocker today that MNK made the nut and grew Acthar sales 9%!

This only tells me how unrealistic the goal numbers were. Even though most of us missed our targets, Malli had a healthy growth to report..

Nothing will come of it. They had us do it before they posted a really good qtr while they had Sales believing we are such a disappointment to them.
