Is anybody here valued for anything but saying "yes sir!" or "how high?"

Does anyone feel like they're valued or respected as an individual contirbutor at Forest? I used to, but that was years ago and lots of us felt that way. Now we're an army of compliant idiots afraid to go against the grain on anything. How is being stripped of your individuality and creativity rewarding or gratifying? Please don't say it's the money, if you feel that way you've got some evolving to do. A good paycheck doesn't make a good life.

sad but true

Seriously, how is it possible to measure an individual's performance the way we are structured? Every product is measured differently, the rx numbers are delayed and less than accurate, there are a bunch of us in every office yet all this crap that defines no one as an individual performer defines us. If management likes you, you're good. If they don't, you're the bad seed. Yeah, there are a lot of lazy complainers on here and that's probably what the company thinks about when they see these threads. They're wrong, Forest is becoming the joke Lilly and Pfizer said we were when we were Celexa reps. It wasn't true then, but it is now.

Only the dumb & brainwashed stay with Forest. Don't let peple tell you it's the same everywhere else because it isn't. I left Forest some time ago and am glad I don't have to put up with it. I'd rather be poor and sitting in a lawn chair in my back yard soaking up the sun than to be driving to a hotel for an overnight somewhere and sleeping in a bed that only God knows who slept in.

Dont worry, nobody is going to say "its the money" forest is the lowest paying entry level pharma in the biz. 52K across the board, no specialty, just trunk monkeys.
