Iroko pay scale

With so many people bailing out--not counting the ones laid off-I'm talking about the people that leave every month, because the pay scale is too low, it appears that Iroko would up the scale a bit.

How much must it cost to train a new rep to fill a spot that was vacated because of low pay? Must be at least $10K. Just give us all a $10K raise and train fewer new people. Get us back into the ballpark with other similar drug reps.

How much loyalty could Iroko create with a portion of the probably $10MM they just saved by laying off 70 reps, if it were well-placed in the paychecks of the sales force?

Hmmmmmmm........

InVentiv got us a pay raise last year by informing Iroko of this issue. They had been previously warned their compensation package was less than ideal. Yes, those that are still hear should be rewarded and compensated to roll up their sleeves and work even harder rather than head for greener pastures. For a company that boasts about its industry background, they get an awful lot of the important things wrong. Where to begin...shitty mhc team, low salaries, inconsistent strategy, poor data management.....

Be grateful we dont pay you zero salary and 100% bonus comp as most of you losers would be making zero.
I get a list of reps who go on Cafepharma so you have been warned.

Get out now before it is too late. Iroko is a sinking ship. Management has botched this gig beyond repair. You may have a year but very likely less. Your job and likely career is depending on it!
