Don't blame the Sales side. The RBD's, though, never stood up to anything, I will say that about them. They watched the poor clinical provisions by the MSL team and the poor marketing campaign by the stooges, who if you looked at their resume's would prove how poorly qualified they are

Ask yourself where are the deliverable's? Ipsen where are they? French Ipsen where are they?


Clinical - No MSL contact in the field without pulling teeth

Clinical Training - No clinical training at all for the providers on injection with a different product

Advisory Boards - Barely any activity in this area of provider development. The big thought leaders feel that Ipsen and the organization have just walked away from partnership

VIP Visits - NONE, So how important Ipsen is it for you to make a presence in this market place. No one knows because Ipsen has no identity in the market place

Marketing - No Silver Bullet he said, well how about a copper BB, can you at least develop that?

Coverage - This is the one area where things have gone well. Probably by accident as we were the monopoly buster. Providers are getting paid and even sometimes more than btx

CSS's - They want us to just show up and convince our providers with a smile and a new toxin to use it. Sure that has always worked in the pharma/bio industry. Why should anyone trust us just on a message of "here it is" Oh and thanks for those that did perform well, you doubled or tripled our quota's Hey Frenchy, the whole USA has your turn and burn mentality figured out. Why do you think people have turned down offers to take less to go elsewhere? The top performers are looking to get out also, so once they leave then maybe you will realize ..........."The French Emperor is wearing no Clothes"

We provided all this feedback in the company survey, and it was presented by HR

and they said they heard all of us......instead they came out with a long term comp incentive and then forced out about 15 more of people

Culture here is one I have never seen, and the people executing it, well I guess being fake and kissing ass is what you do when you work here

THE FUNNY THING IS ALL, I REPEAT ALL DOCS KEEP SAYING HOW IPSEN HAS BOTCHED THIS DYSPORT LAUNCH/INTRO INTO THE MARKET. THIS IS COMING STRAIGHT FROM PHYSICIAN'S MOUTHS. SO, NOW WHAT, ARE YOU GOING TO BLAME THE REPS FOR THEIR THOUGHTS TOO? YOU CAN KEEP BRINGING UP THE DOM'S, BOB'S AND BILL'S- NEWSFLASH-THEY HATE IT HERE TOO AND THAT STORY IS GETTING OLD AND SOUNDS SO CANNED AND LACKS CREDIBILITY AT THIS POINT.

COMPANY IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF INEPT PEOPLE WHO ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS OR TREAT PEOPLE! GT TRIES TO INSTILL FEAR INTO PEOPLE WHEN HE SHOULD LOOK INTO THE MIRROR AND SEE THAT THE MAN LOOKING BACK AT HIM IS THE PROBLEM.

There is no unity at the top of this org chart. No one gets along and only on person has a say so. GT is way over his head and he is just trying to save his job. He is near the end of the rope. Even the RBD's know this is not the way u run a company, but they have no balls to say anything.

200 million in one year. Do some analysis you people are living in dream land. Hey Frenchy you would have better luck getting 200 million robbing banks than with these bio products

Why not develop a long term strategy where you actually build a company, build an image, build a presence. The last poster is right the doc's think we are a "slam bam thank you mamm" type of company

Credibility sells in the US Market, not give me my money or else

Is anyone excited about this Miami meeting, anyone, anyone, Bueller....? All these last minute fire drills, 911 assignments... so poorly run, just like this company.

This meeting will be the Ass Kiss meeting....meeting in San Fran last year was the venting meeting where all you sales people were sounding off on how poor leadership was.....and all those standing on stage bullshit presentations....

Ask about new indications
Ask about studies for field use
Ask about MSL support
Ask about advisory boards
Ask about injector training


So sales people.......tell leadership what you think again.....let them have it......

Sales people have been speaking up and asking for years now - making suggestons - every quarter - every quarter - quotas are changed - rules are changed - tercicare worked on and worked on and worked on and worked on - and GF is still here - and now pace is worked on and worked on and worked on - maybe this time they get it right - this time after five damn years - nothing but a bunch of incompetent a'holes..........................and you want sales people to have balls - they have had professional suggestions to fix everything that has come down the tercia and now ipsen pike - it is all nothing but bull@@@@@ just like increlex and apokyn....wake up --- get a life ------

rhGH will continue to eat Increlex's lunch and the same goes for Somatuline/LAR and Dysport/Botox.
