The bidding process showed the investment community what B+L is really worth. 8 billion or less. So the IPO will yield no more than 8 billion and maybe much less.

WP wants 15 billion for a new fund to buy undervalued companies. There are a lot of opportunities to buy, good companies at low prices. WP needs to sell B+L. It will settle for 8 billion before the end of April.
