iPads

Any tips on what to do before turning it in? Is there a way to save pictures, apps etc? What needs to be removed or restored to factory settings?

All i know is most of your personal stuff should download to your itunes. i have had to do that bc i have gotten a new ipad before, my wife knows all that crap.

Also speaking of ipad, has anyone, i doubt it gotten a call or have info when they are going to start calling us to get our computers and ipads?

Also did anyone get there fedex? I didnt

You could back up to personal computer and when you get a new ipad you would be able to reuse that setting. Pictures can be downloaded to pc when connected by cable. Probably could use the cloud but I dont know that.

Be sure to remove your credit card from the ipad account so you don't keep getting monthly charges.

You can remove all settings and information from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch tapping "Erase All Content and Settings" in Settings > General > Reset.
