I actually earned my keep for the first EIGHT months of the delay learning a brand new territory and now I'm in the top 15% of my region. You sound like a manager and if so, talk about someone not doing a darn thing!

what region, top 15% of some regions means bottom of the barrel - and glad to hear that you boast about your job and you love your manager. You must be a happy person are your parents proud of you.

I earned the I-Pad, not my manager! She did nothing for me in the month of December that helped me win it. Yet, she gets her I-Pad before me and the reps in the ditrict that also earned them. It's f^%#ing June already!

FYI, I lost money the first year coming to Amgen. So don't throw that in my face because it is BS! I rather be working and making more bonus so shut the F up! Drug delay has nothing to do with the reps not working.
