What issue?? Fake calls? Can they prove it. Maybe if a Dr is dead or moved or retired.
Will they believe a receptionist over an employee...maybe.
There is always the mistaken input but if thats why if a Dr is moved and you keep calling on them its bad news

Just curious, how would HR know about a "fake call".
Does a manager turn a rep in or is it another rep?

Just can't believe they don't have bigger fish to fry. If someone got fired just over a supposed call, wouldn't every rep in this company be on the way out?
