"Invite" for inVentiv reps

Interested in the fact that inVentiv's last day of employment is Nov 3, but the MNK national meeting requires travel starting Nov 2. If inV reps do move over, that doesn't give any time for transition. They said all equipment has to be turned in, and many reps don't have a seperate car. When will they do the onboarding process? Have to at least get put on payroll!

Wondering if the whole "invite" thing is a farce.

Interesting. Why would you folks want to be an MNK employee after all that you have been through?

At least you have time to get a car. In August, if we took severance, the day that we sent back the paperwork with our decision listed, the car was shut off that day. I know some folks who were VERY inconvenienced with that stupidity.

I definitely want to move forward with MNK. I love selling XXR new products sound great. I've made good money in the short time that I've been here and I love my manager. The problem was 90% of the contract reps were god awful and couldn't sell if their lives depended on it.

In this day and age in the Pharma industry, a job in hand is a good thing. All companies have their issues. If they didn't this board would not exist.

At this point, for InVentiv reps, it would just be nice to know how to plan. Especially for ones who did well and have something to offer either MNK or another company.

Good luck with Mallinckrodt. Very stable place to be. Loyal management. Competent marketing with sound strategies in place. Motivators!

Either you forgot to hit the sarcasm button or your complete liar. Believing any of that is absurd.

MNK 5+ years. This is the most disloyal leadership team I have ever seen in my professional career. Chick has a history of failure and gutting sales forces while blaming it on the previous regime who actually drove the organization into a reputable place to work from almost nothing.
