If he is a no-show, you can always ring Gold's doorbell and invite him to the meeting (you can remind him that last year at the June 21, 2011 Annual Shareholders Meeting that he said the company was "on track" to meeting their 4Q revenue guidance of $175m to $200m and that it is "only the begining for Dendreon", but in reality 4Q revenue turned out to be $77m - he pulled that quidance on August 3, 2011 - remind him that he lied to the world and the TRUTH is he destroyed a lot of lives and walked away from the company with over $60 million in total compensation while many suffered

You summed it up very well and prison is the only rightful place for that man.
On another note, that Ted Warrior guy from that board is a very sadistic man. He is an intelligent man, so to many gullible people and newbies he seems legitimate. He may have had the funds to lose all he has lost or maybe he bought so many years ago that he is up despite riding it down from 57 to 6. He is such a pitiful fool but his writings do damage to the many people who don't have his financial resources and don't realize the depth of his stupidity, psychosis and paranoia.
