With Perry running sales, Shire is bound to fail. Nobody is inspired to work hard for someone who consistently makes poor decisions, and consistently raises goals without providing tools to reach them.

The problem may very well lie ultimately with Fleming, but from a sales standpoint, Perry is truly one of the worst leaders a sales team can have.

If the stock continues to drop, the change we need may finally happen.

Most of the leaders he appointed have been complete failures. I'm curious what and how he is evaluated. Fleming and the board of directors need to hold him accountable.

I do not expect any of that. Any MC coverage would be better than what I have at about 30%...COMMERCIAL!!

Softball quota? Mine went up 150% off the avg I bring in... Another person on my team's went up 20%! Wtf?!
