I opted for HSA and cover my husband and I and it is $68 per pay period. The PPO option for my husband and I was going to be about double that. Dental and vision at minimal cost.

1. Does ventiv health employees get paid 1X per month or every other Friday?

2. Fleet car? Gas card?

3. (only curious) but do all ventiv health sales get same fleet options? snow belt options?

4. What system is expense report?

5. Tracking systems? ipad or laptop or mobile?

Every other Friday, fleet and computers, etc. are dictated per contract you are on.

ppo is 70.00 individual
vacation is 10 days, but never more than 5 allowed to be accrued or you lose it
fleet about 70.00 every other week
strict sick day policy..

For singles you are looking at a $1,750 deductible. The company pays about 400 of that deductible. After you pay the deductible then the plans cover about 80%. Not a good medical plan at all. For families it is worse. They have a savings plan but who can afford to put money away to pay for the 1,750 deductible as a single person. It is the worst deductible that I have ever seen working for any company.
