Inventiv has become Syneos, what are the pros & cons of this merger

Well, seems like not alot of insight, just disgruntled reps bashing it. Each contract is different so you need to take anything being said with a grain of salt. I have had a good experience here thus far in nearly 2 years being on board. I haven't noticed any cons with the merger. The pros are an increase in company match on 401k plan, and we have the opportunity for stock options. Also my contract is in the process of changing fleet companies and the options we were given were much better than before, as in we actually had options. I'm happy here, yet it's contract work so you don't get guarantees.

Like ALL pharma...and most medical sales jobs, this company is a dead end.

hey, I worked for them for 17 months. It was good, I had a good boss, and Advair to sell.
