inVentiv call

I heard several ventiv reps were put on PIPs but ventiv refused MNKs terms of all reps under 20 Rx be pipped. I have been told the threshold for ventiv was below 15 Rx's. Can anyone confirm or add to this info?

A bunch of people I went to training with have between 4-10 scripts and none of us were put on pips. It's not fair what they are doing to the MNK reps

Inventiv PIPs were based on your number of scripts and your start/training date. Those hired pre launch were held to same MNK standards. Those hired later had a pro rated number iof scripts required.

Displaced MNK rep. So they were held to same 30 by end of Aug, 60 by end of Sept too?

Just wondering. Most Inventiv reps I met were good, eager, hard working people. Bummer. At least I got the option to take the 6 weeks.

Feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders. Looking to better times ahead.

And the Jerry McGuire poster: you were spot on. Hope management read it and realize what you wrote regarding surgeons, managed care, etc.

Kudos to the reps who have sold greater than 60 prescriptions. You all rock. The rest of us wish we had the same results.

This is false. We have contract reps since launch who did not get a call and should have based on their criteria

Inventiv reps won't be placed on pips because of the contract. There are Inventiv reps on my team who were hired in January that have less then 5 scripts and nothing happened and a MNK rep on my team with 14 scripts and was placed on a pip. If the Inventiv reps are placed on a pip it will have to come from Inventiv and if they don't want to place someone on a pip they don't have to

they want to sell the company. when they do that, they will terminate the contract. until then, they want to hold us to the same standard as the regular mnk reps but it won't be enforced.
what are they going to do? fire everybody? we all know who should be fired. that's com in too.

Why shouldn't you be held to the same standard as the regular MNK reps? Are you insinuating that you are not as good of a sales rep as the MNK reps? If that is the case, then you should not be on this team.

The poster wasn't saying they should or shouldn't be held to the same standard. MNK wants too but contractually can't. InVentiv stood up for their reps and told MNK that the poor performance isn't because of bad reps it's because of unrealistic expectations and over-forecasting. Atleast that's what I heard went down at home office last week. Atleast one leadership team can see the real issues with this company and drug. Im a long time MNK rep who had to say goodbye to some really good reps. Same reps that have kicked my butt in the past. It sucks all around. They just drove out some of our best talent and have the remaining talent not wanting to make them another dime.

To post # 17... Thank you. We feel bad that our fellow MNK reps were let go. NONE of us are happy with the way this entire launch has been handled. The only thing we can do at this point is move forward and try to find another job. We, as CSO's, are not in a good place either...

CSO rep here, too bad for the legacy reps. However, I still have a job and that is all that matters! I dont care if the legacy reps stay or go. I am still working and earning a check.
