Intrathecal position

Was contacted by a firm re: an opening for this division. Told base is 120 which I find hard to believe. Would like to know honest answers please does your company offer such high bases? This does not include bonus which I was told is 40k. And what is the stability of this division? Was told the rep left and I wondered if you're making a base this good in today's market, why leave, unless there were understandable, extenuating circumstances. Any truthful advice by those on the front line would be greatly appreciated. I'm not looking to get into a position that ends up being a job hop.
Thanks!

That description is quite accurate. It is a very demanding job and of course the territories are very large, so you need to be prepared for several overnights. The base is very common for a high demanding hospital job. 40k bonus for the year is average.
