Intrabio moved their corporate headquarters from a four man operation working out of a flat in London, England to a shared office space in Austin, Texas. No one from Intrabio actually works in that space, so it's more like a virtual office for some purpose that's not apparent - To appear like more of a legitimate operation? To take advantage of lower corporate tax rates? To reduce personal tax burdens of Intrabio principals who stand to gain the most from the sale of the company? Whatever the case, I tried to serve Intrabio with a subpoena at their so-called corporate office, which was impossible, since it's not real
