Had the opportunity to do several interviews with this company. To be clear I didn't get the job. How i know this because after many weeks no one called to inform me. During the last interview was informed this was the final round and that the decision was going to be very rapidly. Wow what a letdown! A little of professionalism would have me still think this was a great company. Now the opinion I have of Amarin's management is not a professional one.
Hey I understand that I was not the candidate that the manager was looking and that is his decision. I am not bitter because he didn't select me. I am unset because he didn't have the "BALLS" to call me and let me know or at least send a email or letter.

They did you a huge favor. This was the worst place I ever worked and the last 6 months at my new job have been heaven on earth comparatively. And I got a pay bump of $50k on top of less aggravation and fewer issues overall. If you're still a rep with Amarin you're doing it wrong.

Have you confirmed that they hired someone for the position? It’s possible that they decided to wait to hire someone. Sales aren’t great and the generic brand is wreaking havoc. Most of us are expecting to be laid off. Just wondering if they put off hiring for positions to see what happens with sales for a while while they’re waiting on a verdict for the patent infringement title. Speaking of, does anyone know when there should be a decision on that?

If your resume and cover letter had as many spelling and grammatical errors as your post, I’m surprised you even got an interview.

Yes. Professionalism and accountability for representing the Company in interviews is gone.

Sad that Upper Management doesn't see the cultural erosion. But the BIG Ones continue to get the big $$.

They don't want to see.

Move on accordingly. You are the CEO of your Family !
