Interviews

I had a phone interview last week. They are doing F2F interviews this week: Tues/Wed/Thurs. I understand this week is the only set of interviews, then they are extending an offer once they make their decision. At least, this is what was conveyed to me by Otsuka.

Serious replies please...I am considering a career move to Otsuka. Is it really that bad with them knowing where you are at all times and time stamping calls, etc... I work hard, but nobody wants to feel like they are walking on eggshells all day. It sounds like the benefits are great. What kind of car can you choose? Is the training usually in MD or CA or NJ? Is training brutal or reasonable? Thanks again for the serious replies. ;)

It doesn't matter if you're working.. We're paid to work a full day. If you're out there, and working, who cares if your computer time stamps calls?? Almost every company is using computers to sign for samples and deliver calls now, and it's all time stamped. Keep your numbers good, know WHY they're bad if they are, have a plan, work, and you'll be fine. If you're old school it just may not work for you... Good luck to you.

There are two weeks of interviews both this and next. They are currently scheduling slots for next week so hang in there.

I agree.

I couldn't care less about the time stamp. There are days I only leave samples at one or two offices. Many offices don't want samples anymore. I work so I don't worry about this stuff. I could not care less if my manager checks this stuff out.
Otsuka micromanages thouh like no one's business. They have a high call average that is hard to get to, they ask for tons of reports, they do micromanage so be prepared for that all
