I felt compelled to share my experience interviewing. As an interviewee, I am interviewing the managers and company too when making a decision. I recently had an alarming experience interviewing with a manager. She should be reported to employer for the many words and questions that came out of her mouth. For example asking age. For example asking my salary. For example asking what my bonus check this quarter will be. For example in my state asking if I am vaccinated. For example bullying me. For example questioning my resume. Far too many more things that are not legally okay during an interview. Further managers are not allowed to accept documents and use them for their benefit. If my documents are used for the companies benefit (while I have the original dated source in my device), I can sue them for using my hard work without my permission. I am not happy to write such a filth but when you are faced with poor management hired by companies, I encourage candidates to speak up and contact human relations reporting the actions and behavior taken place. I have not given any details whether I am moving forward or not. My interview was last Wednesday. But this interviewer-manager makes me run far away from this opportunity. No thanks.
