Honest feedback please. I see a lot of negative remarks about dsi...whats the real culture like and how secure is it after the last cuts? How are the products/pipeline

Total transparency. I've been here 7 years. This place was once a solid solid company. It went from being a wonderful place to work with a great culture to what it is now. The opposite of what I just described. Morale is at an all time low and products are not superb. Our flagship product was for hypertension and we called on FM, IM, Cards etc. great product and stiff competition so it was a fun sell. Now our products are moving toward the pain market and we have a product for OIC. A couple things coming out but nothing to write home about. And you will be lost in multiple trackers because let's face it, anytime anyone has success it's because they filled out several trackers. Is this the worst place to work? Absolutely not. Every company will have its issues but unfortunately, DSI has several issues and it most likely won't get better anytime soon. Best of luck to you. This industry has changed a ton but it's still a great one to be in if you can find the right fit.
