Why? Why! would you come to Cafe Pharma for serious answers. Find a rep locally through one of your practices and talk to them. Genentech is better than most companies but it will depend on your manager and what products you are selling. Good luck.

Thanks. I tried that already. Called on an onc practice last week and was told the Gene reps don't frequent their practice much. Genentech must be wonderful to work for.

Base and bonus of 200K this year. worked less than 100 days this year. great gig
