Interviewing for a renal position but pretty much everything on tis board is frightening. Which division is having layoffs and why don't they just put them in these open positions. Houston had 3 in the last 3 months alone.

You are truly a fool if you interview with this company. The most "frightening" thing about the boards for this company is a large majority of what you have read is true.

Whiners? Really? I hope SC gets moved over to be your boss in this little exercise today. You would have a better understanding of why we are "whining." That being said, the rest of your post is accurate.

I use to think I was safe too. Don't get too comfortable, ask the many tenured people who never thought it would happen to them. You are not exempt from their wrath. I REPEAT......YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT. I would avoid the pompous rhetoric and mud-slinging against those, who like you, thought it would never happen to them.
 












Yes, MNK bought companies. What I have seen in the past is the established sales force inside the buyer stays put - the buyee sales force is at risk. And they successfully took on other sales forces such as the intrathecal team and things were fine.

Regardless, this is all attributable to incompetence. XXR was the beginning of the end. At the point where XXR was to become our flagship product is when someone should have realized this would be a failure. Screwing Nuvo and Pennsaid was another mess, though I think that started before this new regime.

....Duexis, Restoril, Tofranil-PM, Magnacet, Pennsaid, Exalgo: All dogs, but we made them work; and for WHAT--our walking papers!!
 






No division is safe as long as Trudeau is ceo. For the Cadence people, just you wait. Soon you'll be tracked on your cell phone and I-pad. Each call will have to be logged in by you. They have software that cross-checks your real location and time with the call you enter. All has to match fairly close, not exactly but they expect at least 7 hours of work.
