interviewing

I am interviewing with this company. I think I may get the job. Is this a good company? What is the training like, how many vacation days, salary, and company car? I have only three years experience in sales. Please be honest.

You post the same message twice, that you think you may get the job, and now you start investigating whether it is a good company and how many vacation days come with the job???
Care to name the Community College that gave you your diploma? Were you selling Big Macs by chance? Don't worry, you should fit in here well!

give me a break man. I just want to get into pharmaceuticals. Can someone please answer my question. I am new to this industry. I have three years of outside sales. I am just trying to make it ok.

You want a honest answer. Sure, take the job, but start looking to get out as soon as you can. If you think Watson is your foot in the door then take it, just be careful as many other pharm companies dont respect Watson and may not look at your resume in the future.

This company is the worst, they treat you like school children and will have you living under more stress then you should ever be under. After about 12 months you will be put onto needs improvement and HR is not on your side.

Only if this is your only opportunity then take it. If you are currently employed and doing ok then please wait and something much better will come around. I would say to read this board better but management takes all the neg posts off.

Not sure why you would be interested in pharma with the way the industry is trending. Pharma is no longer the industry it once was and really does not opportunity for advancement. You would better off looking in device.

This company is not good and you would be better with Eli lilly, Pfizer, J&J etc. However, if you want to make a low salary and get a free car go for it!

Pay no mind to the guy who masturbates to the words Community College...a total tool, douchebag at best.

That being said, I suggest you look elsewhere because, as was previously posted, you'll be on a PIP in a year or two. Then, you'll be interviewing again. Pharma was a top 5 job to have through about 2003 or so. Now, forget it. Go for device if you can get in. If you want pharma, stay away from this STD of a company. Just sayin'

Don't listen to this jerk. From your post and doing it twice(got OCD?) you need to look out of the medical industry. Try breakfast foods or cleaning products. I know for a fact Amway is hiring. You would be a real success with a company like that.

The good thing about working here is that you can hold down 2 (or more) jobs if you wish. I have extolled the benefit of Double Dipping, many times. If you can manage your time, want to increase your income, and enjoy meeting lots of different people, coming to Watson is a good place to put it all together. On the other hand, of course, you may already be Double Dipping, and adding Watson to your list is a great move!
My point is Watson is an easy place at which to Double Dip.

ok, I get it, dont come to this company. Hey just one questions how much do pharmaceutical representative make here. and also what is a pip?

PIP-performance improvement plan. A plan that sets impossibly high or unachieveable things for you to do or be fired. During that time you do not receive a bonus and your boss rides with you constantly. If they cannot find a way to put you on a PIP they just fire you.

They start in 30-40's and get people in and fire them quickly.
