This company is not a good place to work. period. I worked in large pharma and then came here...BIG mistake. Pharma is not a good place to be anymore....and many companies are laying off.

If you are right out of college and need a job then fine...stay for a year or 2 and then try to move on. It is very unlikely you will be able to transition into device without solid contacts.
 






She is well like by management but really has limited sales experience...she walked into a territory that was already doing really well. She wants to make a name for herself and will do whatever it takes to do that.

She is just like all the other managers but she tries extra hard to come across as tough. "set the tone". She didnt even go to management training.
