Negotiate as high as base salary as you can if you are in sales. The target bonus is not uncapped and the last 2 years only the top 10% actually make the target. You would have to be in the top 10% every quarter to make the bonus they tell you in the Interview. 80% to Goal attainment is average. The actual average is $4-5k a quarter. Ask great questions and make them show you goal attainment statements!!

Worst place ever. And I mean this. The worst. Do not work here. I collect a check. I do not do shti. But I will take it. The leadership here is horrendous. President is poison. It’s a really bad place to work.
