I interviewed for a position in sales and the pervert manager kept looking at my chest. I decided to move along to other companies - I dont need that shit at this point in my life, recession and all! Hey Taro - reign in your management! Mgr was a tall slightly balding - blond dude, no names here

RR of course - how many tall slightly balding blonde managers do we have? He is a well established pervert - be glad you were smart enough to avoid that douche. He would have eventually tried to sleep with you and get rid of you if you rebuffed him. It is a no-win position for any girl. You got lucky.

Looking at the Manager of Customer Finance position. Please answer the following. CFO easy going or micro manager? Hours? 40-45 hours a week or one of those stay all night and get to see your family on weekends? Benefits? Med/Den/Vision/Drug plan? Vacation? Sick time? Will I get calls in the car ride to and from home, including calls at home weekights/weekends? Bonuses/Raises? Based on work output or amount of time spent in the office? Basically looking for fairness, will bust my hump from 9-5, but need the work life balance too. Please answer honest and maturely. Thanks.

Thanks for the response, at a time in my life when my children are growing up, and I cannot lie, but I do not wish to miss the important things in their lives. Might be over qualified anyway since I possess a CPA. Best of luck in your search.
