Interviewing tomorrow, what should I expect?

Hi there. I am a serious post and I have an interview tomorrow. I was hoping to see if I could get any insight on the culture of Lilly and what it is that they look for? What type of interview should I be aware of, style, star etc.. I have been displaced and really need the position. I am experienced and a national award winning representative. Hot buttons, say or not say ? What do they want or look for ?
Is the Diabetes franchise good, bad, ugly? I am going for the Diabetes focus position and really like the opportunity so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

HEre is the thing. Most likely your interview will go without making any impression. Even if you are an award winning sales rep, cultural dourness to the point of puritanicalism will eventually show up.

Unless you are absolutely, stunningly beautiful blonde gal, company cares little if you are an award winner. Almost all SRs are award winners at Lilly.

If you have slight gray hair, use something to make it dark, dark black, like Hu Jintao's hairdo. The Chinese hairstyle somehow appeals to couple of Chinese recruiter XH, XY.

Best wishes and goodluck for your endeavor at Lilly should you get the nod.
