Interviewing for Natpara can anyone give any insight to the role?







The skinny is don’t interview unless you are absolutely desperate and need the income & benes.
Fake Culture
No $$ to be made
Bad bad forecasting
Franchise /field ppl have turned over at least twice maybe 3x
Managers drinking a vat of poison Kool Aid
Environment of fear- can’t speak up
No career development/discussions
The actual amount of patients is disputable - unrealistic goals
Off label discussions occurring w upper managements nod
Just left and could not be happy to have a real drug with legitimate marketing and purpose!
