The company is in shambles. Look at the stock price over the last year. Upper management has no clue what they're doing, we can all tell whenever they talk. I'd expect layoffs within the next 6 months, if the company lasts that long.

from a what I have heard and the people that I have spoken with, apparently the manager is part of the problem.
I have heard rumblings that she is very corporate and very non-human like

Horrible division. The salesforce is very mirco managed thanks to our fearless leader MC.

NE region is awesome.
3 reps fired in q1.
3 tenured reps quits at the end of q1.
Everyone else miserable and interviewing.

I heard it was 2 tenured successful reps and the 3rd fired rep was a manager mistake

This company has hired reps and then laid them off within months prior to this. Layoffs were announced once to a class of new hires in training!

Yes, it was a hell of a welcome to walk into HQ on day 1 of training and listen as 750 people were let go. It might not of been in sales but non-the-less the takeaway many in training felt was, " welcome now lets walk down an listen as upper management put a positive spin on how we're going to be stronger moving forward" my ass. Nice message but what do expect from the brain trust who tried to drag the FDA into lawsuit.....how'd that work out? The products aren't the problem, and I hate to say this, but we might need to get bought by another company. However, another option might be remove head from your/your neighbor's ass and, this one is tuff so listen close, hire quality people.
