The recruiter was all smiles and chipper, but no information, could not provide meat about the job or all the resignations, just read the posting back to me. Once I got away from her, it was almost impossible to get information about the financial health of the company. I got pushed me off to the CFO... he got defensive and almost nasty, when I asked questions about cash runway and when were they going out for more $.

There's trouble I just don't know where or why...........

Well for starters you have a product that has fumbled through development for over a decade looking for an indication.

secondly, you have data that is not really that great for seizure reduction and the product has no impact on underlying condition.

the product was shopped around to everyone in epilepsy and no one bit at the price they wanted.

you have a CEO who was run out of his last company for trying to undermine the existing CEO.

you have a chief commercial officer who is friends with said CEO and has never been more than a sales director.

They have chosen one SP for distribution which makes sense for patient numbers but not for where they will be seen.

this company is a flipper as soon as they show any growth that looks attractive to Jazz, UCB or Sunovion.

Was in CS's region at Pacira and enjoyed working on her team. Her termination was for approving expenses that were inappropriate and not stopping the activities when she learned of them; which in itself made her complicit.
