Thoughts from current reps? Any divisions you think reps will be retained after finalization of buyout?
Sales people are always dispensable. Anyone can lie. It is those who manufacture the product who are more indispensable. Haven't you learned by now, it is manufacturing that drives the business.

That is pure BS. You clowns can manufacture all you want, if it doesn't get sold, were both out the door.
And NO ONE is indispensable.

In the grunts defense, you CAN'T move a product without a manufacturing supply ! Just look at how a few back orders caused such turmoil and lost bonus for you. On the other side of the coin, the grunts poor work ethics did cause most of the recalls BUT, Management had direct responsibility for increasing the workload, without increasing staff. You had 3 people doing the same task that Abbott had 6 doing, "back in the day". Add the 12 hour shifts and disaster followed. You reps are pencil pushers and actually produce nothing in terms of a product.
Enjoy your company car, expense accounts, company paid events/tickets to schmooze clients, alcohol laden meetings/retreats and back-patting bs while you can!
Add wage freezes and no more HIP to the mix and you see the end results. Terrible for
workers who will lose a good gig, and Brass/stockholders will walk with all the profits. Good luck
I sincerely mean it. When Iam wrong or overdoing it on here feel free to call ME an A- hole I
deserve it at times
asshole!!!!
