I had an interview for this company--the manager had a rep with her/initials MH--Why do managers bring reps with them--they (the rep) do not want someone who is going to out perform them.---This person was originally from a contract company--a sign as you go rep--I doubt she even knows how to be a consultant--She had worked with the manager before and thats how she came on board---instead of good ole boy system--it was the gool ole girl system--quite sure they hired a "girl friend"---whether the person was actually qualified or not.---
 












I also heard you have an opening on the South Shore of Boston. Can anyone tell me the managers name? Do you use a recruiting firm? I could not find a place to apply on the website. Any help would be appreciated.

Typical of this lame assed organization. seriouly f8$#@! up management. No management and has beed in need of an overhaul since beginning. Fire all your managers, they are not managers.
