Had an interview this week. This was the WORSt interview experience ever! I felt like this was so unprofessional and the people who did the interviewing were classless. I don't know if it was just my experience but it was horrible.
 






its not you, its WC, this is a classless group of a-holes who have ruined a good company, its to your benefit to avoid coming here. Half of my district is looking for new jobs,
 












I feel you. A few months back I interviewed down to the wire with WC and AZ. AZ's process moved rather quickly but I feel it was due to the fact that they had some key positions open that needed to be filled. WC on the other hand was a joke to say the least. The initial interview was a face to face that asked the basic "brain-dead" questions, i.e. "So why do you want to get into pharma?" "What are your expectations of the typical day for a pharma rep?" The next step in the process was the online assessment test that everyone on here should be familiar about. I took that test only to find out 4 months later that "They were looking at other clients". Well I actually forgot about WC as AZ already hired me within one month.

The managers and trainers in this company couldn't train themselves out of a bra.

Ok, interviewed on phone, then video/and test, then face to face, then another face to face, then hired. One month. Everyone's experience is different duesch bag.

Right, I'm in top 15% of rankings for 4 months in a row now and sitting on a 25k check; don't think I'll be on pip anytime soon. So, you can laugh all you want "dumbass".
 


















DM would not write letter for WC

I asked a former DM from another company for a letter of recommendation for WC as well as another Pharma company I was interviewing with. My former DM said, John, I just can't knowingly let you do that to yourself, there will be other options. WC is the worst thing you could have on your resume. Nuff said.

Interesting. I had an interview with HR for a DM spot about a year ago. I expected questions about how I motivate people or foster team work? How do I develop talent? What made you successful? Instead the entire interview centered on how many PIPs I had written and my "process" for firing people. At the end of the interview I was told I would be contacted if I was chosen to move forward and I had to say I really wasnt interested. I did not see this as a good fit for me or WC.
