I am currently in the interview process at Medicis. Can someone please tell me when the next training class is? What is the average bonus comp for Derm division? (I was told average 60k per year) Also, are you given a company car (what kind) or car allowance? Thanks in advance for serious replies.

Why don't you ask all of these questions in your interview....don't forget to ask about vacation time and "Christmas" week as well.....

Been able to get most of these answered. It seems like you have to jump through hoops during the interview process here. Is it worth it?

The worst company in the world, people suck, noboby here wants to see anyone succeed. People who have been around a while want to see new hires fail. It is a very odd atmosphere. Im out ASAP.

Now watch all the people who have been around a while respond.

This company is really strange. Ended up not taking the job. Not impressed with anyone I interviewed with. DM was very green, and it was clear that the Regional got his job because he was in the "boys club". (The guy had very little industry experience and thought he was hot stuff.) Even the rep who did a ride along with me was an unorganized mess. It isn't worth the money to work for a bunch of incompetent people and deal with the crappy culture of Medicis.

You're so right. Its better to be extremely competent and make $100,000 than be incompetent and make $250,000. Keep interviewing, you'll find something. Sorry you were passed on. I think GSK or Pfizer might be hiring. They will appreciate how organized you are.
