For those that have interviewed recently, did they ask you alot about the history, culture, etc of Lilly? In the IV e-mail it mentioned needing to know alot about that stuff....did it ever come up? Also, if you graduated more than 10 years ago, did they ask for your a copy of your transcript?

Buy a used copy of "All in a century" - there should be thousands of used copies out there.

They never asked to see my transcript (10 years out). No history came up except history of diabetes at Lilly.

Call the person who interviewed you. Usually it take 5-6 calls. Or call HR (3174339thousand)
