Interview rejection

I did a phone screen and the guy asked if I had ever interviewed with Lilly before. I said yes, a year ago and asked if it would eliminate me, he didn't think so. The next morning I got a rejection letter. I was a rep for 10 years, I know how to interview and answer those annoying "name a time when..." questions. I take it if you have interviewed before, even if it was for a different division, you are disqualified?

It sucks today. Tomorrow you will see it for what it is worth and be happy about the outcome.
