Does anyone have experience with interviewing and responsiveness at Ashfield? I participated in an assessment center and it has been weeks since I have received an answer as to what the decision was on my interview. I have been getting updates that they are still waiting to make a decision but is this normal to wait several weeks on a decision or does it sound like I am getting the run around? I am interested in the position but I don't want to wait months to be told I was not chosen.

You really never know.
Sometimes it's not that unusual to wait two or three weeks for the company to decide whether they're moving on or your still in the picture.
