Pre pandemic, it was virtual interview where you record responses, long phone interview, in person interview with DBM, in person interview with RBD, background check, drug test,, offer, negotiate

Maybe a two month process if I recall.

During Covid? No idea

Good luck

thank you so much

typical star format stuff? 2 months is a long long process!

DM here who interviewed and I can tell you the process I had here with interviewing —-phone screen with HR first, second take online assessment, third, do virtual video of yourself on some questions that are randomly selected (you do not know what they will be and have 1 minute to respond), and then virtual interview with RBD. It may be different for rep position, but this was my experience.

the rep process is a bit different with no phone screen, video then managers and then rbd. Big Pharma is all a pain to get into. Is Pfizer’s future bright really? When they keep whole sales divisions off

It seems rudimentary to have a DM go through video answering of 1min questions. Did you get the job?

I believe the one-way video interview where you record responses is only seen by HR. Candidates who do well are then passed along to the RBD who doesn’t view those responses

Recently I had a virtual interview to screen candidates with the RBD. Second phase - 2 person virtual interview (STAR format). Third phase - field narrowed to 2 candidates. It may vary. Often candidates are "preidentified" even though it doesn't say so in the job description.

The hiring manager often has who they want identified well before interviewing starts.
