Interview Process...

Hello All!

I recently had a phone screen for a sales position with Intuitive. I was told that I was definitely being passed through to the next round.

I was hoping someone could inform me of the typical interview process? Also, if anyone can provide some helpful information as to what Intuitive is looking for when interviewing and any helpful tips of what and what not to say?

I know I will probably get some negative remarks. However, I do appreciate all helpful information!

Someone answered my question in an inaccurate manner.

I have been in specialty Pharma for appx: 4 years with a successful and consistent track record. And yes, I did sell my products using clinical data unlike some Pharma reps. Before Pharma, I worked in B2B sales which included hospital institutional sales with contract obligations.

I am very interested in the position and would really love some helpful feedback for the interview process.

Thanks for your help!

The fact that you said you used 'clinical data' to 'sell' makes it seem like this post was trying to get salvaged by the powers that be. Pharma doesn't use Intuitive buzz words.

6 months pharma experience, this company is getting desperate.

Can you read and comprehend? I stated that I had 4 years of Pharma experience! I don't understand why it is so difficult to get intelligent replies on this particular company forum.
