Interview Process

I'm interviewing for a position next week and have a couple of questions about the process. First, are the interviews straightforward or should I be expecting any curveballs? Second, how many interviews do you go through in the process? Thanks for the help.

Just be yourself. Show past results and contributions you have made. We don't have PODS or partners to hide here. It's a great place to work really.

You will get the competitors and people who have been let go on here whining, but it's the best of the pharma world.

Good luck to you.

The sad reality is the OP sounds completely new to pharma sales (or sales to that matter) and is just looking for some help..

What is sad is why is a greenhorn even getting an interview in the first place..don't tell me that there are not at least a dozen laid off reps within a 20 minute drive to the interview....why not hire on of them?

Good luck on your interview.

Actual reality is that OP is one of those laid off reps, but knows that the more knowledge you have about any situation, the better off you are. Thank you for the "good luck". Made it through first round.
