In the interview process for field reps, When a rep is invited to Foster City, what does that mean? Does the rep have the job at this point. I am interviewing in Baltimore MD for a rep position.

I depends on the circumstances for which they are hiring. If there is a training class in one months time, you can expect two interviews in a very short time then a job offer.
