Interview opportunity

Is Neurelis a good company to work for? Do you feel secure in your position? They are hiring in my area and I am thinking about pursuing the opportunity. I would like to hear more about it. How is insurance coverage and how does Valtoco compare to Nayzilam? Thanks in advance.

These are all very excellent questions and great to ask during your initial phone screen. You really don't want to hear from us as current reps.

Leadership is incompetent, They have paid out less than $20,000 in bonuses to the entire sales force for two complete quarters(easy to calculate based on sales data),the $50k bonus target is a joke, They keep saying call metrics are not a primary concern and then have you sign a contract that you will meet the metrics, home office personnel are standard retreads from big Pharma, upper management are castoffs from the last companies they ran into the ground. Craig is awesome, but he has hired a laid off managed markets rep to to be the sales director(not competent or honest) and two washed up RBD's to lead the East(learn how to use zoom) and West(little hitler is a true bafoon). I feel sorry for the managers because they are dealing with constant fire drills and the reps are constantly lied to. If you need to get out of a bad situation, this might be ok for 6 months. The overall stupidity will wear you out and the $500 bonus checks will break your bank. This is a step down for any true specialty rep. I'm extremely disappointed and I was absolutely lied to during the hiring process. I would not have left my previous employer had I known what was really going on. coming here has cost me about 100k in lost bonuses, LTI and no 401k or match. free insurance is negated by paying for this POS company car every month. Also, not disclosed during the interview process.

under normal launch conditions, they would have had training and launch meetings, hotels, flights and a variety of other expenditures. Reps would be spending money on travel and lunches. They have had zero cash outlay. Other than the t-shirt and cooler and the name tags that were not centered correctly. Whatever! They could have used that money to pay their reps. My new company gave me a nice sign on bonus that almost made up for that last "bonus" check. This could have been a cool opportunity. Anytime you have a Culture team, there is no culture!

Most of the stuff here is spot on.
Great Drug!
Incompetent leadership, I agree Craig is great but he hired the other people...
No bonuses
Call metrics
Car choices are average to below for the most part and you have to pay the personal fee
